Art Tidy

Almost every week I make Art Tidy's for commissions.

This one was the latest one.

I teach students how to make their own when they

want a quick project to make.

More Art Tidies

There, six Art Tidies made, all hung round dinning table
ready to take to The Gallery.
I finished quilting the single animal quilt and the
red and black animal quillo too!
Put on the bias binding, just that to finish sewing on.
I'll show some pictures later of the finished quilts.
I hung them over a chair in the Gallery on Tuesday
and they got a lot of positive response.

Art Tidies

These days I seem to be playing 'catch up' on alot of things

including updating my posts.

Well, on Monday I made another lot of 'Art Tidies'

for The Gallery as they had sold out.

An art Tidy for Carol

I am still making Art Tidies and this one is for Carol who is one of the ladies who

creates artwork on a Tuesday's at The Gallery Dereham.

She ordered it because she is fed up of the thread and snippet

escape all over her sewing room floor!

They definitely work and I have them in the Gallery to use and sell.

Craft Tidy's

Spent Monday morning making some more Craft Tidy's, so I can take them to the Gallery. In the end I hope each place will have there own. This will cut down the trips to the bin, hopefully and be really nifty!
In the afternoon Jo came over to see if we could work her laptop and my projector so that she could give a powerpoint presentation to Alveva Quilt Group next month. A little pushing of buttons and hey presto it worked. Looks like we are in for an interesting evening.
It was nice to catch up.

I am so pleased with my Tidy and Case it's already in use.

Finished Sewing Tidy's

These are our finished Sewing Tidy's and Scissor Cases.

It made us all feel very happy seeing all of them lined up. They are all so different!
